When you purchase a product from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to download and use the content for personal or commercial use under the following conditions:

1.1 You may not:

  1. Resell, share, distribute, or upload our products to any website, marketplace, peer-to-peer network, or file-sharing platform

  2. Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any plugin, software, or audio product for redistribution

  3. Use or make available any isolated samples or original media content in a way that enables others to extract or reuse it

  4. Claim ownership or authorship of any UnderratedFX product

1.2 You may:

  1. Use our content if it is incorporated as part of a new, original creative work

  2. Use our plugins and sample packs in your original music productions, videos, podcasts, or multimedia projects, provided that:

     

    • The final product does not allow third parties to extract or reuse the UnderratedFX content in isolation

1.3 Examples of acceptable use:

  1. Using our drum or guitar samples in your beat, song, or score

  2. Using our plugin within a DAW session to process your audio

1.4 Unacceptable use:

  1. Uploading our raw samples to loop libraries or preset packs

  2. Embedding isolated plugin sounds into another software for resale

2. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. By purchasing a digital item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All sales are final

  2. No refunds or returns are accepted once a download link or license key has been issued

  3. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any files downloaded

UnderratedFX may update or improve its products over time. Access to future updates is not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the product page.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
