Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products — which include digital audio sample packs, software plugins, and downloadable files — we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that:

        • The product is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. no physical product is shipped).

        • You waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and EU law, as download access is granted immediately after purchase.

        • All sales are final.

If you experience any technical issues accessing or using your digital product, please contact us at contactus@underratedfx.com. We are happy to help resolve issues related to downloading or accessing your purchase.

 

EU Digital Content Law Compliance

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, digital content purchases are not eligible for a refund once downloading or streaming has begun, provided the customer has given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.

At checkout, customers are required to agree to these terms before completing a digital content purchase.
